"Charged 23.99 for ice on 3 lbs of crab meat. By the time i got to the counter it weighed 2.75 fron 3.35. Asked manager for help and called corp with no response of customer service for this issue. Pretty sad to over charge people due to "the crisis" as they said multiple Times in the store when I am an essential employee and well aware of "the crisis" shows how this store treats their neighbors during critical times. Over charge and make as much as possible"

"I bought a bottle of milk that turned out to be no good -it smelt foul and was chunky on top when we opened it- I brought the full bottle of milk back for an exchange however the manager said they are completely unable to take returns or exchanges. Guess it’s too much to expect Whole Foods to have fresh, edible food?"
