"She fried my hair completely! She didn't use the right color and also chunks of color dye were still at the bottom of my neck frying up my hair and the roots. She cost me 110$ when she didn't even do everything I paid for. Don't go to her, she doesn't know anything of what she is doing."
"Id give 0 stars if I could! My friend went to get her hair cut and colored by Kaitlyn. She went to her appointment with extremely healthy hair and came out with burnt damaged hair that wasn't even close to the color she asked for! Kaitlyn complained the whole appointment about how she overbooked herself, and then rushed through the appointment only taking 30 minutes to cut and do an all over color, and then did not wash the dye out completely, towel dried her hair and sent her on her way. This girl paid $110 for not only horrible results but horrible customer service as well! She went back the next day after her hair had dried and she realized it was so horrible, and Kaitlyn told her that her hair was in horrible condition before she did anything to it and refused to refund her money, and then kicked her out! DO NOT GO HERE! unless of course you want someone to burn all of your hair for $100+!"

"Doesn't take her time. Rushes the job. Horrible colors and cuts. Leaves dye in your hair, over processes. Do not recommend! Her posted cost are different then what she actually charges you. Then when you dispute she kicks you out of her salon. Definitely not a good business practice."
