"If I could give zero stars I would .... I recently visited Skyline Nails with high hopes for a pampering session, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt lacking, with outdated decor and a lackluster atmosphere.The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, paying little attention to detail during my manicure and pedicure. The nail technician rushed through the process, resulting in sloppy polish application and uneven nails.Hygiene was also a concern. The tools appeared worn and not properly sanitized, leaving me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness standards of the salon.To top it off, the prices were exorbitant considering the subpar quality of service received. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretful of spending my money at Skyline nails. Overall, I would not recommend Skyline Nails to anyone seeking a relaxing and professional nail care experience, also toenails were cut way to short and cheap quality nail polish as well"

"I recently had an appointment scheduled at this nail salon at 11am. I drove over 90 minutes to get there, However, when I arrived, I had to wait for 45 minutes to be seated, despite having an appointment. To make matters worse, the water in the pedicure basin was dirty and it seemed like they hadn't even bothered to change it. I was disgusted to find hair and what appeared to be dead skin from the previous customer. On top of that, the water was cold, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. After finally being seated, I had to wait for another hour before the nail technician even started working on my feet. I asked her if she had someone else coming in, and instead of giving me a straight answer, she abruptly stopped the service and started attending to another pair of women's feet who had just walked in. Feeling neglected and frustrated, I decided to leave. My nails were done in a rushed manner, and the nail technician was rough with my feet. It was clear that she prioritized other customers over me, despite my scheduled appointment. Not only did I have a terrible experience, but my valuable time was wasted on my day off. I this was extremely disappointing to have such a negative experience. Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice the rude behavior of the workers towards me. It seemed as though they were prejudiced against me because of my skin color. This kind of discrimination is completely unacceptable and has no place in any establishment. After leaving this salon, I decided to give another salon down the street a try. They were able to accommodate me last minute and treated me with the utmost professionalism and respect. The staff was friendly, the environment was clean, and the services were exceptional. It was a night and day difference compared to my experience at this nail salon. Overall, I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. Not only were the services subpar and unprofessional, but the treatment I received was disrespectful and discriminatory. I would strongly advise against visiting this salon, as there are plenty of other places, like the salon down the street, that provide better service and treat their customers with the respect they deserve, regardless of their skin color. It's truly disheartening to see my day off wasted and to be treated in such a discriminatory manner.""

"I had a fabulous pedi and nail fill. ’m loving my nails! I always have a great experience here, my job keeps me away all week so I’m usually a spur of moment person and they always accommodate me. The staff are all amazing"
