"Went in for a full highlight, when I walked in was greeted by nobody so just sat down hoping my stylist would come grab me soon. After sitting there awkwardly the stylist finally came up to me but couldn’t remember my name. I sat down in her chair and should’ve seen the red flags when she didn’t ask me any questions or do any consultation with me. Already had her lightened mixed up. How would you know what volume to use on somebody before consultation? After foiling she let me sit about 10 minutes. I asked for honey and warmer tones and subtle money piece. I left with orange thick money pieces and the rest of my hair is a completely different tone than the front. Obviously it was under processed. At first I thought it was fine but going home I see there’s bleed marks right on the side of my head so I put my hair up and there they are. I messaged the stylist asking to fix them very nicely and she did say yes but now hasn’t responded to schedule anything. I only paid $120 plus tip so I guess you get what you pay for but I wouldn’t paid more to have it done correct. And I wouldve gladly paid for her to fix what I wanted but now not sure if want anyone in the salon to touch my hair. Very unprofessional environment. I come from a place where salons are luxurious and this salon is definitely not that."

"Came here twice to get a balayage the first time it was okay the second time it looked the same everyone recommend this salon. I stopped coming because I didn't want to continue to pay for the same results. But try to give it a 3rd try came in. The lady was supposed to do my kids hair cut and the same one who did my balayage didn't acknowledge us or say hi nothing. We got rescheduled time twice first it was 2pm then 1230 then 1pm . I should've know better after the rescheduling kept changing. The only person to acknowledge us was another lady who wasn't doing our hair. I will never come here for another hair service."

"I will never be going back. I'm not even going to name the stylist but I can just tell everyone in there is unprofessional. If you don't know how to do something or just not confident about it, just say that don't you try and attempt to do so. Only to end up messing up someone's hair. This stylist messed up my hair and when she asked another stylist for her opinion they tried gaslighting me saying it looked great. Obviously, they are blind or simply could careless. They just feeding lies and y'all can just cut that out and be straight up when you mess up!"
