"The process of renting the truck was quick and easy. Worked well for picking up 2 cubic yards of garden soil. When I was about to leave my home to return to the store, the dash lights wouldn't even come on. It was dead as possible! I called the store and they said they couldn't help but it was ok to jump it. The terminals were pretty corroded, took some scraping to get a good connection. Once we had my vehicle hooked up to it, it had to sit for several minutes before the lights even came on. The store was very nice about it, and only charged me the minimum rental. I suppose most people don't bring maintenance issues to their attention!"
