I contacted Inglenook and Kim made me feel at ease that what I wanted was within reach. I explained my wants and she showed me exactly what I was thinking. I scheduled my install with Brian and he was very knowledgeable and quite honest with his quote. I could hardly wait to get to the installation day. Well that day just happened and couldn’t be happier. Brian, Justin and Roger came and respectfully completed the job and answered any questions I had. "As much as I would love to recommend this place, I can’t. Since the new ownership, I have struggled to get any legitimate support from this business to a point I am circumventing Inglenook and dealing directly with the manufacturer. Recommend mountain hearth and fireplaces in Evergreen, one phone call and already a night and day difference regarding service, product knowledge and actually directed me to a solution and I didn’t buy from them. Hey Mark, Couple of things to clarify. I am not trying to dog on your staff. Yes I think they are a good team. I am simply reporting the facts. After 2 attempted truck rolls, and a 30 minute conversation with you about the issue in your store(again). A $400 thermostat to replace my new, but yet “obsolete” thermostat .I am still without a working stove. I simply have a lack of confidence and this is what it took to get your attention on my issue. And your response is to delete my file and not respond to my email about a refund for the thermostat I needlessly purchased based on your resolution process. A reminder, this is the second winter I have missed without a stove and after dropping over 10k to purchase my equipment from you, I’m sure you can appreciate the frustration, and my perceived lack of support."

Our first one was acquired in 1988 and over more than 30 years we have always been pleased with this company's excellent business practices in sales, installation, and customer service. They have good technical knowledge of the stoves as well as the installation requirements including some of the challenges with chimneys in the high wind Foothills environments; they are prompt to reply to questions whether by phone or email; and, of particular importance to me, comfortable working in more remote mountain locations.
