"I ordered a chicken fried steak and received a hamburger steak. Then I was told that what I should have ordered was country fried steak. Their menu has 2 different sizes of chicken fried steak and one hamburger steak. They don't have a country fried steak on the menu! They tried to cover their error by arguing with a customer."
