"I have to admit..... We love the food here!! It's always delicious. The customer service is lacking, but that's not the beef I have. HERE IS MY FRUSTRATION........ I don't understand why I have to show my drivers license every time I pickup my order that is already paid for! Most restaurants ask for an order number or the email confirmation-not identification. It's especially frustrating when my spouse makes the order and I pick it up. I have to call home for him to confirm I can take the food because the order is in his name. Do better El Pollo Loco!! Not what your customer wants to deal with after a really long day at work AND this sort of service brings down the excellence of your product."

"It feels like decades since I've been to a Pollo Loco! In fact, it may be that long. This grilled chicken joint is amazing. Great valve, too, if I'm being honest. I ordered a family festival meal that came with 8 pieces of leg and thighs. 3 large sides of Mac & Cheese, pinto beans , and rice. Also, a good helping of their famous salsa, red , green, and pico de Gallo. The chicken was moist and flavorful with crispy chicken skin (best part imo). The sides were tasty and plentiful. It came with 8 torrillas, 4 corn, and 4 flour. All worked really well together. They have Horchata on tap !! That can't be overlooked. We also ordered the 2 pieces of a Churro desert. Crispy, sweet and delicate. Great food! The service was spectacular, and I can't wait to go back"

"Absolutely the best chicken ever! I’m a carb girl too so give me some of their delicious flour and corn tortillas, amazing rice, and the churros…. Shooooweeeee I’m a happy camper. Great salsa choices. Make sure to try their avocado salsa! The taco salad is definitely worth every penny. I love this place and am so glad to see one in Arvada."

"First time on this location and i have to say it was a great experience!!! Even tho i came on lunch time.. but it was great!!! Line and cooks were organize not long waits, restaurant was super clean and they have an employee cleaning. Food was outstanding fresh and delicious. Happy to give this Pollo loco location a five star. Whatever this management is doing please keep ir The same way. And never change it your doing a flawless job!!! I hope you guys don’t ever go down hill just like the location in Denver Peoria st. Just it was all great im happy."

"Some of my best childhood memories come from eating at El Pollo Loco. It's juciy and fire grilled chicken and their sides are just Part of the great experience you will have when you eat with your family or at lunch time.
