"Multiple auto phone calls asking to confirm appointment which I’ve done multiple times. Bad system."
"I realize there aren't many pulmonologists for kids in CS, so I may update my review after we are finally seen again. However, my daughter went in for a specific test two months ago. The equipment broke and after a 2.5 hour wait the doc came in and apologized and said we would be called to reschedule when it was fixed again. Never called, not once. Called three times and finally got a hold of someone who said the equipment has been fixed for weeks...still waiting on them to find an appt."
"The entire staff was rude and standoffish. Not personal at all. My 8 year old son who loves everyone even thought they were mean. My son was struggling to breathe and they almost denied the visit, because they said we were 10 minutes late. However, we were in line 2 minutes before our appointment time. The receptionist was talking and laughing and taking her time to check people in. No one told me to arrive early, just at the appointment time or I would have scheduled at a different time, to allow for the wait. It was a horrible experience and we were treated like we were asking for handouts. We will definitely NOT be going back."
