"In our very understaffed and under caring world it's really nice to go to a doctor clinic that cares. We were welcomed in. My son is autistic and they were very understanding and accommodating of his specific needs. The staff and doctor all went out of their way to verbally and visually explain everything to him. They even explained the different tools they were using as he was asking about everything. Even though they had plenty of patients they took the time to make him feel comfortable and cared for. I very much appreciate their professionalism and care for my special needs kiddo. He came out with glasses that are built tough for a tough kid and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for your caring staff and a very positive experience."

"My son suffers from optic nerve hypoplasia which I found out at his appointment at this office. They barely addressed my concerns the day of the appointment and I had to reach out several times to get additional information after taking my son to a referral appointment to confirm diagnosis. In the middle of my son’s eye exam the Dr. got on his phone to respond to his wife’s text message which I thought was extremely unprofessional. Worst of all, I can NEVER get ahold of the front desk and have to call over four times a day and leave voicemails in order to get into contact with them. I will definitely be finding another eye doctor for my son. Do not waste your time here."

"Would not recommend this place . They didn’t pull my son back til 45 minutes after his appointment then they wanted to dilate him for another 30 minutes I declined as I don’t have time to sit 1.5-2 hours waiting for a doctor to see us . The ma was very nice and kind I guess running this late is a normal for their office. I told the doctor I couldn’t do dilation due to already being 45 minutes behind schedule his response was “next time please allow a couple hours in your day so we can dilate and when we are behind” that isn’t a very good thing to say. Other people were waiting forever as well . The eye exam was a joke it was pointless pretty much just checking if he had a lazy or crossed eyes which I knew he didn’t have . My older kids went to academy vision I would highly recommend them I will never return to this office again and telling my pediatrician the situation so she can stop recommending them"

"We have been to this office once for an eye exam for my special needs daughter. The doctor felt it necessary to yell at her when she wasn't listening to his instructions. We found a new office for her exams but thought we would try the optical center as they had a decent selection. The woman we dealt with was rude and rushed us until she realized we were serious about making a purchase. We ordered glasses back in the beginning of November and they are STILL NOT READY! My daughter has returned to school and is struggling to see. I have called twice and keep leaving messages since no one answers and then no one calls me back. Avoid this place if you can."

"Go ANYWHERE else if you can! This place is crooked with financials and billing, and Dr. Dave Lee is such a rude doctor! He rushed through my son’s appointment and talked down to me like I was stupid for asking legitimate questions! For someone who works with children, I would recommend staying far away from here. When we finished our appointment, I asked the front desk about how billing works, as they would not take my copay at the time of service, and they directed me to Robin, who was EXTREMELY rude. She seems to know nothing with how health and vision insurance works, and said some concerning things about how my insurance would be billed which I know to be ILLEGAL! Dr. Lee and his staff seem to be in the business of making as much money as possible out of greed, and not to be there as a doctor to help children. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!"
