"Absolutely love Dr. Milobsky as our pediatrician. He is very knowledgeable, practical, and has excellent bedside-manner. Our family trusts him more than any other doctor we've ever had. Wish he treated adults too!"
"I have been at this practice for over 3 years. Wellness check ups and sick visits have always gone wonderfully, the doctors have always been amazing attentive and kind. However something happened rather serious that has changed my opinion on this practice. My daughter (6) was playing at a playground she jumped from one thing to the next and collided with another kid mid jump when she came down her head hit first and landed onto a concrete pillar. She was bleeding and swollen and obviously very upset (for being a tough kid this was scary to see). I decided she needed to be looked at because of the hard hit to her head. I went directly to her pediatricians office thinking they’d help. The receptionist was ridiculously rude and treated me like I was a problem because “they don’t take walk ins”. I’m explaining that she’s hurt, she hit her head badly and I just want to know she’s okay basically begging to see a doctor. Not once did she even look at my daughter. Not once did she ask if she was okay, or suggest to give her ice, a sticker, a toy box toy, nothing to calm her down. Not once did they ask if she lost consciousness or felt dizzy or had changes to vision. She’s standing there crying and I said this happened 30ish minutes ago. She’s not okay. I was told at first there were no appointments available for the day so she couldn’t be seen. Then she checked, there was one for about 2hrs later. I wasn’t given a sorry, or a suggestion to go to urgent care. My daughter was shown no care. At. all. We were treated as a problem. We left we went to urgent care. Urgent care asked what took so long for me to get in. I told them I first went to her peds office but was told I needed an appointment. Urgent care asked the name of the peds office and said they were shocked and horrified that they didn’t have a doctor at least look at her when we’re talking about a HEAD INJURY. Urgent care found a hematoma behind her ear and said this was common with skull fractures and worried she could have bleeding around her skull - thankfully she did not but these were the possibilities we were faced with. Ironically she had her 6yr old check up 2 days later. I told the receptionist what had happened and she just said “well I wasn’t here I’m sorry”. Then a nurse who took my daughter back to the room over heard me mention the incident asked about what happened. As I’m explaining she cut me off and said “I’m so sorry that happened” opened the door and left. Didn’t want to hear much about it or say anything more to take responsibility for the carelessness of the office. THEN I hear them discussing it with the doctor who is about to see my daughter. I assume the doctor will then bring it up (something like I herd you had a less then professional indecent with our office and I’m very sorry I’m happy to see she’s okay we take our patience’s health and safety very serious here and should’ve done more.) this happened not even a full 2 days before.. NOTHING was said. Even tho they sat there and gossiped about me being upset over how things were handled. Imagine if we were sent away, and I didn’t as urgent care said “have my own brain” and went home with my daughter, imagine part of her skull was floating around fractured and we did nothing to help that swelling or bleeding because her peds office treated us like we were a problem and didn’t advise us to be seen. Urgent care said they were “SHOCKED AND HORRIFIED” we were sent away from a peds office because we didn’t have an appointment when we came in for a HEAD INJURY. My 6 yr old said “maybe she wasn’t taught how to show care. Maybe she needs more love too” talking about the receptionist that coldly sent us away. You could learn a lot from the kids you’re working with. I pray you never send someone away that needs real medical attention and I’m so thankful my daughter’s case wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been. Day to day care here is great but bedside manner proves lacking and common sense from the receptionist minimal at best when it comes down to situations that actually matter."
"I must commend Dr. Milobsky for his exceptional care. Children’s Hospital initially overlooked my daughter’s pneumonia last night, but Dr. Milobsky diligently followed up and confirmed the diagnosis. Notably, he personally reached out to inform us. It’s rare to find a physician who goes the extra mile like this. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Milobsky!"
"I cannot recommend this practice enough. All of the providers are so responsive and care so much for their patients. We regularly see Hannah for well check ups and she is so thorough when asking questions and providing care. Dr Healy has seen our youngest since she was born and has put our nerves at ease several times by taking his time to address our concerns with compassion. Dr Milobsky truly cares so much and will go above and beyond to make sure his patients are being cared for to the best of his ability! He has come through for our kids so many times and truly makes them feel like a priority any time we call. I cannot thank this team enough for all they have done for our kids. So grateful to have them in our community!"
"Dr. Milobsky and Dr. Healey are incredible. Dr. Healey was my doctor as a baby until I was 18. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my kid’s health. This past weekend my son was very sick and in a lot of pain. I messaged Dr. Milobsky and he responded within minutes with specific instructions and called in a prescription for us on a Sunday. Not only did he message back right away he called twice to ensure I didn’t have any other questions and to check-in on my son. These doctors go above and beyond for their patients and we are so thankful. Thank you, Dr Milobsky! We appreciate you and your team! - The Luke Family"
