"I'm not sure what's going on, but based on the reviews for this tax season, it's clearly nothing good. I filed my taxes through this location in early February and have yet to see a dime despite being charged for the service. I called the IRS and they said they deposited my refund back in February, it is now the end of March and still nothing. I've called and left several voice mails over the past 2 weeks and have yet to get a call back despite leaving my phone number every time. What's going on??? Something shady seems up. Everyone seems to be missing money or something from their refunds in addition to being charged for services. Is this location committing fraud?"

"These ppl always forget something with my taxes every year, I wouldn't go to them, they lose you money on your taxes, Don't even recommend how to make them better, Nothing. Truly a piece a work, Not to mention they will never get back you when you call. Ya they're tax ppl, But they're not busy 24/7"

"Have been Jackson Hewitt for many years this year I am done this will be the last year I will ever work with them I will be going to HnR from know on I was going to change a few years back should have done it then when they messed all my returned today I called there district manager on her personal cell phone which I have for many years and she went crazy on me telling me it’s Jackson Hewitt not her and she is leaving the company I was so shocked my 18 year old was listening to the whole conversation he was shocked at what he heard from Her as a district manager have a call out to corporate….I paid over 700 dollars To get my taxes done there and to be treated in that manner is very unprofessional and she said she started her own business not a way to start your own business I could imagine how you will treat your customers as a new business owner myself I would never treat a person the way you have"
