"I don't even know where to begin. It's such a dysfunctional office. They don't pay attention to what you ask of them. For example, they changed my last name (on one of our policies) to my husband's last name. I never asked them to do that as I didn't take my husband's last name. In so doing, they created an unnecessary headache for my husband and I when we moved out of state and canceled our policy through them. When we called about the name issue, instead of issuing new refund checks, they signed us back up for vehicle insurance!!! This name change debacle, that they created, took two months to solve. We are still waiting to see if the bank can even cash the check, since it was written out to someone other than me. So glad we don't have to deal with them anymore..."
