"They will give loans out on a wrecked vehicles and work with shady dealerships such as Denver car choice in Colorado, that sells wrecked cars to the point the car is not even safe to drive, and my insurance will not total the car because the damage was on the car when it was in possession of the dealership, the damage on the car is so bad that the frame can snap at anytime and kill anyone including myself, And according to the body shop owner the frame could of snapped at any moment and killed me again, Denver car choice should have never sold a wrecked car to that put my life at risk now they expect me to pay on a loan on a wrecked and totaled car that I am not even in possession of and that I can not even legally drive because of the damage they constantly call and harass me but why would I pay on a car that I am not even in Poseidon of and can’t drive?????"
"They waited over a week to process my payment and now for the second time I am having to spend late fees and my account is locked. These people suck stay away like they have a virus."
"So I financed a car though this company. It was a 3 year loan. For the first year everything was fine. Right at the second year I had lost my job and fell behind one month. They came an repossessed the car. I asked how much it would be to get my car back. They refused to tell me for two days and amount to pay to get my car back. I was told since I had not started my new job yet (which I was starting the next week) that it did not matter if I had the money to get my car or not and to call them back once I started. They gave me a two week period to start my new job so that they can tell me what to pay to get my car back. But if I did not do so on that time period they would sell my car. After being hung up on and denied a supervisor multiple times I finally got someone to take pity on me and tell me the amount to pay that I had been asking for for two days. I payed the amount and went to get my car from the tow yard and this is two days after the repo. The tow yard said that the financing company told them to sell my car. And I had to show proof that I could pick the car up. Finally I have my car and the next month a a large tree fell on my car and totalled it. The insurance company gave my the value of my car totalled and applied to towards the balance of my car. That left me with a much smaller balance on the car. But lovely made it so now I could not make a payment to them on my car for the remaining balance. They gave my account to a collection agency. That was frustrating because I was not delinquent. I paid my money to the collection agency and paid off the balance. When I called lovely for my pink slip the said they could not give it to me. Even though the show a record that I had paid off my car since the collection agency had not given them the money they would not give me the pink slip. Then then they put on my credit that Ok never paid off my car as a charge off. And I paid balance of 9 months ago and I still don't have my pink slip In conclusion, if the only way you can get a car is t koo finance through these people. Don't get the car"
"If I could take back financing a vehicle with this company I would in a heart beat! If you haven’t financed with them yet don’t do it! The customer service is horrible. I had a repo due to my husband being removed from the country and called to figure out what was happening with my credit and why I was being dinged multiple times from a collection agency and by libel financial itself and the representative wouldn’t let me speak she let interrupting me I asked her to stop being rude and allow me to speak she said that interrupting people is not rude I said to her I don’t know how you were raised but that’s rude and she hung up on me I got no where. All I asked for was an answer to why this was happening. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague."
"We have used Lobel financial for some of our customer financing for a few years now and have been completely satisfied with the service and friendliness of everybody at the local office in Centennial, Co. They work hard to get everything deal done fast for the customer and always return our calls. Alicia the branch manager has stayed late different evenings to get a deal finished, something a lot of banks don't do. Alicia, Nikki and Cindy are always friendly to talk to and work hard to get the deals done very quickly. You can't beat this team. Thanks again to all of you."
