If you are a patient of record, we allot time daily for dental emergencies, with no additional charge because it’s an emergency. As a courtesy, we do provide a list of dentists accepting new patients when somebody calls with discomfort and they are not our patient. Hopefully our staff did that for you that day. Again, sorry we were unable to accommodate you on a day’s notice."
