I know if I go anywhere else, I'm sabotaging myself. I highly recommend this place. Plus they do more than taxes. "I’ve always filed my taxes here but this year I would prefer to do them myself and deal with them first hand than wait for them to pick up the phone to let me know they never submitted my last year tax return. All the people I referred them got some problem on their refund and they would not help us like we hoped for - we paid for their consultation and still got shitted on!!! Worst place ever... hopefully soon they will get closed down."

"Not sure how this place has ANY stars. Tell me why they are able to prepare taxes in the first place? They didn't take my annual gross from last year and I brought last year's taxes because I've done my taxes myself before and I know you need that. Is it just me or isn't that tax 101 that you need the agi from last year? I'm not the professional here but it's common sense. I would have done them myself, but my husband did them here last year and didn't want to risk it since it was our first time filing together. On top of that not until we come in a month ago to see why we haven't seen our return they say it's because it's our first year married and irs is sending back ALL of those. I'm just wondering if they think we are stupid, because that is the stupidest excuse I've ever heard. Why wouldn't you contact us to say hey i need your AGI..So to conclude Hue or whatever his name is said to text him my Agi.So I do, and I have sent 4 text messages asking if he can give me a simple yes or no that he corrected our taxes and nothing. Right now I am waiting here with other people who apparently got their taxes done incorrectly as well. This is pathetic and the worst unprofessional place ever. Also they state they sent out 10,000 tax returns but how many were sent back?"

"First time I did my taxes here and so many problems. These guys don't call you back if there is an error or problem with filling .You would call them several times but none of them would pick up,Especially if you want to talk the guy that did my taxes (Madison) and he will never return your call.They don't know how to treat their customers right and this would be the last time I set a foot there."
