"Perfect example of a dead end job. The measurements to the doors are always off a couple of inches. When it comes to ordering you can tell them exactly what you want & you still will not receive what you asked for. Kevin, the person in charge absolutely unprofessional to his employees including one being his wife. I’ve seen him throw things around, snatch things out of my hands twice all because something didn’t go his way. Continuously use profanity at any given time even though he claims he is a Christian. Cursed at his wife to the point I felt uncomfortable. I knew at that moment if he will talk to his wife like that in front of men I know I don’t mean anything to him. Lastly disrespectfully cheap, pays his nephew $17 hour with no kids and lives in a storage right across the street allowing him the drive the company truck after hours because his nephew can’t afford to fix his person vehicle. Also the nephew comes to work late everyday and sleeps during work while the other employee drives and unload trucks all day. That is called nepotism the practice of someone with power favoring relatives and friends. Employees that have families to provide for, but Kevin only pays them $15. In Kevin own words “Brian will continue to make no money” Brian an employee who has been with the company for over a year makes $15 the same as me. But his nephew who doesn’t even have a college degree makes $2 more. Not once did I sink to Kevin level, I figured I’d get what I’m rightfully owed. We did not come to terms during negotiations so I figured it’s time for me to move on. On top of the fact he interviewed and is currently going to hire a white raciest who did prison time and had disrespectful tattoos against my African American community. In conclusion I was not FIRED I want that to be clear. I decided it was best to walk away from a toxic, low paying, unprofessional & unethical work environment.
