"The pro desk is a farce they don't know what the products are how to go about getting them or notifying the people when they're there it took me three weeks to receive the right balusters spaces fortrex handrail they ordered the wrong ones twice and didn't call me when they got here I had to wait an extra week because I was told I would be given that courtesy. At this point I will never buy anything again from the Monument store that doesn't come off the shelf if I don't just go to Colorado Springs for everything that's how pissed off I am at your sorry pro desk"
