"I am not usually one to leave reviews, but my experience at this Sherwin Williams store was actually quite remarkable. Over the last few months, I have been in several times, as I was putting my house on the market and needed to touch up various rooms in my home. I realized that I did not have the old paint canisters and needed to figure out the names and finish of many colors. (Lesson learned- do not throw away your old paint cans!). Both Nick and Dyrell were not only incredibly kind and patient with me, they worked with me for an extended period of time to find each color and finish, contact other stores when needed, and search through several colors. They are both incredibly knowledgeable on their products and their customer service was over and beyond! I highly recommend this location! Great people and service!"
"Not only were they able to help color match my exterior paint job to my hoa's approval, they saved my day. I came in at the busiest time and watched two employees manage a line practically out the door quickly and politely. I had been waiting a bit when my 5 year old dropped and shattered her therapy toy just as I reached the register. She has a terrible time recovering from these situations but I needed the paint that day for a contractor due the next morning. The employee actually helped refocus my daughter while finishing my order! Wonderful people working here!"
