"This place is terrible. The people up front have no idea what they are doing. They don’t know what products they have in the store. They don’t know how to process a sale. I been here 3 different times before and every time I am in here I have to wait 15-20 mins to make a purchase. It’s like they have no clue how to work their system. It’s time to find another tool supplier."
