"I have frequently bought supplies from G Sanders since they are close to my house and business; it was convenient. I purchased a 1 1/2 " metal pipe for a project. I got home and realized it was the wrong size. Unfortunately, I was unable to return the same day, so I tried to return it a week later. I did not have my receipt, and they refused to exchange it for the correct size or refund me because they said, "I needed the receipt." Since I paid with a credit card, I thought they could look it up and find out I bought it from them. The clerk went and asked the manager and returned to tell me she could not do anything for me. I am a small business owner, and I know it is easy to look up credit card transactions. The service was subpar, and I will not recommend this place. I will never go back, the service was horrible."
