"Greg was amazing. I showed up 4 min before they closed for a mantel and felt pretty awful about that and Greg did nothing but make sure I was taken care of. He didn’t rush me at all or make me feel like a burden. He straightened the surfaces for free the next morning and it was ready for pickup at 9 am when he opened back up. He seemed genuinely impressed by my project and wanted to converse about it. What a great experience! Yes the wood isn’t cheap but it’s also a billion times better that what they have at Home Depot or Lowe’s (I checked both before coming here) for what I was doing. LOOK HOW LOVELY THIS IS). "Had a great conversation with Greg, we were looking for a beam to make a mantle. He didn’t have a size we needed but said every Monday he went to storage to get more, he would email us the next week to let us know what he found. We emailed and left a voicemail after not hearing from him, 2 weeks later a woman called and asked us about the voicemail. She said this was the first she heard about it and that she would talk to Greg and get back to us. Never heard back from her either. They had some great wood, but customer service follow up was not a good experience."
