"This is a review for the tool repair center. Needed carburetor tuned for chainsaw. This was fully explained. They marked it as carburetor cleaning, but assured me the carb would just be tuned. Called in over two weeks later and they said they were waiting on a part for the carb replacement? Explained it needed to be tuned. They said whoops and okay. Called the next day and they said it was done. Picked up without testing there. Later, the chain still spun on idle and stalled out after letting off trigger. Went back and the tech said that it was supposed to stall if you're not using it. That was bewildering. I bought the security carb adjustment screw off amazon for $4 and tuned in myself. Runs like a dream now. Waste of $50."
