"So many surgeries, medical problems, and bad health in general in my 73 years. Falling, broken bones, no balance, pain, dizzy, hunched over a walker, paralyzed arm as a side effect of 1 out of 4 neck surgeries. So many things have been wrong with me. I’ve been to so many physical therapy facilities, and some were really good. Some were not good at all. But when I showed up at Joint Effort (North office), I was in for the ride of my life. Kevin and his/my team (Laina and Laura) have never given up on me, and in fact, they all keep coming up with new therapies to make me stronger so I’ll have more use of my arms, and a stronger, straighter body. I have to keep fighting because of the extreme extent of my injuries, but Kevin, Laina, and Laura are fighting right along with me. I’ll never go anywhere else for help, and I’ll never need to I’ve found the best place, finally. And by the way: my paralyzed arm works just fine, now. It’s a miracle – facilitated by Joint Effort! They’ve given me a quality of life I never thought I’d have."
"I’ve gone to several PT offices in the area and Joint Effort has absolutely been the best experience. Leah is a phenomenal PT. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate. Working with her has improved my pain, and overall mindset over my pain, so much. Cannot recommend this office enough!"
"Joint Effort is by far the best for physical therapy rehab. I had major back surgery, went to another but wasn't getting better. Kevin and his team were absolutely amazing at helping and teaching me about my body, I made steady progress on my recovery so I'm not only stronger but full mobility returned and able to do everything on my own. Highly recommend JE and will never go anywhere else if I ever need help again."
"I was in an accident 5 years ago that left me with fractures on the entire left side of my body with a long recovery. I've spent years in Physical Therapy/Massage Therapy and unfortunately would only experience temporary relief with no long term pain management. About 6 months ago I was finally referred to Joint Effort by a PA who was administering weekly injections for the pain. He swore I would feel relief and receive great care at Joint Effort. I was hesitant but scheduled my appointment. My first visit I met Jordan, I explained to him my history, lack of real recovery and had advised him that due to ongoing shoulder issues from my accident I was unable to lift my arm to wash my hair or even hold my child. I instantly could see the genuine concern and also his confidence that he would help me get back to a good place. Jordan has integrated needling, cupping, deep tissue massage and exercises that have truly started to correct the long term problems and pain I've been experiencing. After my first week of care I could move my arm almost 60% more than I had in months and stopped receiving injections immediately. By the end of my second week I was back to using my arm with ease and could feel my confidence to complete everyday tasks coming back. It's truly been a pleasure to be under Jordans care as you can truly feel his dedication to his patients. In all my years of physical therapy I have never received such care and I am no longer hoping I'm getting better I can actually feel and see the results. I also have to compliment the assistants as they are equally amazing and dedicated to patient care. If you're looking for real care from a dedicated staff and team I highly suggest Joint Effort."
"Unfortunately, as a 64 year old former full-contact fighter, I've had many injuries over the decades including a total of 6 total joint replacements; 3 hips and 3 knees. As you might imagine, I've had at least half a dozen physical therapists in the Colorado Springs area over the years so I'm pretty well versed in both their skill sets and how they run their practices. I've been under Kevin Hyland's PT, ATC care for the last 3-4 years and can assure you his is a seasoned professional as well as a caring gentleman. Additionally, all of the PT Assistants who have helped me recover over these years are top notch PTAs and well as very caring of all their patients. If there was a "6 Star" rating score, I'd have given that, but since 5 is the maximum, they will have to be satisfied with that. I know you will be too should you be needing treatment for injury and/or surgery."
