"Dr. Rummel is the best! The staff are always friendly and the facility is always clean. When my prior PCM kept messing up the referral, the staff tried to get it fixed and kept me up to date when the referral came through. Staff are always receptive and helpful."

"I just arrived home from my sleep study, feeling well rested from a good night's sleep. Kimberly was my technician and she couldn't have been nicer! She was very gentle getting the wires on and off me. I had to get up once in the night and she got to me quickly and kindly. The room I was in was comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The coffee Kimberly brought me this morning was even good. Everything was very clean. Also, Kimberly had told me not to forget my pillow about 10 times. As I was getting ready to drive away, there was Kimberly with my pillow! I gladly recommend UCHealth Sleep Medicine Center."

"My sleep study went well. The gentleman who got me situated was very nice, helpful, and friendly. I wish I remembered his name because he was awesome. I think the room that I was in had some issues though. The blinds were broken, and the decor was really outdated. A sleep study isn't comfortable to begin with, but having a better room that didn't look like it was from the 80's would have been nice. Overall, the staff was great and took good care of me! Thank you!"

"Friendly, professional staff, safe environment, Covid-19 precautions taken, sanitizer readily available. Comfortable bed, skilled staff able to quickly put on and take off all the wires needed for the sleep study with minimal discomfort. The bathroom was nicely decorated so the room felt a bit more like a hotel. Lighting was dimmable making it easier to fall asleep. Great experience overall. Would recommend!"

"I had an appointment in May of 2017. I read the reviews and was immediately scared off. However my experience was great, or as great as a sleep study can be. I arrived around 7:00pm and was given a private (minus the infrared camera of course) room with a comfortable bed, private bathroom/shower, and TV. My wife was allowed to stay kept me company until it was time to hook me up to the probes and sensors. My tech was Andy who was very friendly, accommodating, and competent in his role. It was strange sleeping hooked up to all of the sensors, but again that's the experience and I won't hold that against this specific location. I was awoken a few times by Andy to make adjustments to my study as needed. In the morning Andy woke me up and disconnected me. I showered, dressed and left. After a few weeks I contacted the office and had them fax the results to my primary care physician who went over the results with me. I was also given the option of following up with one of the physicians at the sleep lab. Overall my experience was very pleasant and I experienced no hitches. I found the staff professional and welcoming, and I received my results in a timely manor, after taking the initiate to pursue them myself."
