Reviews
"multiple issues with Mary, failure to disclose major side effects of medication, gross exaggeration of disorders in records. You could ask what the psychological effects are of people who have too many sunburns and she will likely put skin cancer in your medical charts, then all the sudden you have a history of cancer. that is how she works."
"The doctor upped my dose of medication and my insurance would approve the whole prescription without speaking with the doctor and I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for an answer but apparently everytime I call there is noone in the office. So I'm assuming there is never anyone there.... of you are looking for a doctor I would definitely find a different one. They are terrible...."
"Dr. Riccelli was recommended to me for my teenage daughter. When I went to the office to fill out paperwork I asked them not to photocopy my military ID card. I was told it would not be copied. When my driver's license and ID card were handed back I asked if my military ID card was photocopied. The girl hesitated and admitted she did copy it. The office manager didn't say anything to her, but just kept working on her computer (I guess she was planning to talk to her later?). I walked out and never went back. If the staff is willing to do that what else are they doing? It makes me wonder if they have HIPPA violations. This happened around a year ago, so maybe that girl was fired and is no longer working there."
"She and her staff will ignore you, lie to you, make you feel like absolute garbage and charge you for every penny you don't have and leave you picking up the pieces alone years later. These people nearly killed me and gave me grand mal seizures for a bit and said it was all my fault. They never properly diagnosed me and told me at one point a test that I "absolutely needed to take" to be able to "get the help I need" was said to be covered entirely by my insurance wasn't covered in the least bit. Instead of an "I'm sorry for this gross negligence" I was informed they were going to withhold services and medicine and was promptly handed a $5,000 bill. So, now, after being on this medication that has been wrecking my body for 4 months at this time and gaining over 200lbs in that period of time in their care, I had the joy of suddenly stopping all of the meds they put me on. I tried to kill myself multiple times after. Begged for someone to stop these thoughts because I didn't want to end it, I was just depressed and overwhelmed... Only to have a door slammed in my face. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your energy. They'll take all the money you have, put you in debt to them for an extra couple grand you don't have and then leave you completely alone and ignore your existence."
