"Love my primary care physician, but hate the male dentist there I can't recall his name, but he serviced my niece for a emergency dental procedure. Her tooth was starting to decay due to her tooth not responding well to what was done to it. (As stated by her new dentist)when asked how or why this could happen he just answered "well it's bound to happen" in a rude tone of voice without ever answering the question. He then proceeds to tell my sister in law that her 5 y/o daughter will die (not exaggerating) If she doesn't get it pulled immediately. I understand it needed to get pulled, but saying that. His assistant even looked stunned and angry that he would say that. His assistant then corrected him and said "the tooth" then he said no she will die right in front of not only the assistant but in front of my niece (who is 5) and her mom. According to her new dentist the tooth just didn't respond well to what had been done to it and death is far from what would have happened. This dentist needs to get fired immediately not only was he rude, but he is also unprofessional and has a big gap in knowledge about dentistry."

"This place literally needs to be shut down...I went there to go see if I can get some paperwork signed for a disability claim and they completely refused it the doctor there that was a floater she was very rude she had a attitude towards me she raised her voice is very a professional if I could give this place a zero Stars I would!!!!"

"Almost all the staff who work there are very friendly and really seem like they want to help. Only had one bad doctor out of all of them, and he was awful. Problem is the infrastructure of PV. Calling for appts is exhausting, wait times are long and you usually just get the voicemail, and no one seems to ever check it. Appointments are months out. Every time I get a new doctor they quit almost right away, so I never feel like I'm getting my issues addressed, since each doc wants to learn about my conditions first again. Prescriptions are often late to be refilled, and sometimes just don't get called in even after calling PV to follow up. I know the ppl there want to help, but they are so restricted and I'm sure,tired themselves, from trying to work around the system. And the computer system they use is archaic, and slow. Really suggest hiring more staff in every department."

"I really like my new provider Kelly. Her nurse is so compassionate and caring it makes a huge difference in care. All the staff are usually always kind. Very helpful. Can be hard to get appointments but I recommend to just keep calling. Helpful with referrals to specialists. I know they’ve come a long way and got hit really hard during Covid seems things are starting to balance out."
