"I saw Dr J for a while. Now that his practice is being absorbed, I felt the need to educate others. I went in because I was not able to get help for my Hashimoto's. I was told over and over again this was the best guy to see. The first appointment was pretty rushed despite sitting with him for an hour or so. Eventually I moved to Dr Ashley because I thought hormonally there was something going on. Fast forward through multiple medications, I felt no better and gained even more weight despite me changing up how I ate and adding in exercise. When I called to clarify my meds and let them know I've gained 30lbs since seeing their practice, the comment back was "well you can stop the hormones". If it was something necessary for me, wouldn't I need it? Lo and behold, I stopped all meds from Dr J's office and there was NO DIFFERENCE. I was given progesterone to help with my cycles - it did not help. I am now seeing a functional medicine doctor who is even MORE affordable and am finally feeling better. Considering the "care" I got from Dr J's office, I certainly would advise against going to him with Flying Horse Medical's pay structure. I wasted too much money."

That was not the case with Dr. Juetersonke and his staff. He and his team, were exceptionally kind. Dr. Juetersonke, gave us so much time. He listened and asked thoughtful questions. I could not recommend this doctor enough. You get the impression that aside from being a good doctor, he is a good man."

His care is very person-centered and I never feel dismissed by him. His office staff is always kind and efficient. I never wait to be seen. His medical assistant Chrystal is by far the most caring and best example of customer service I have ever known. She has followed up on my medications when the pharmacy dropped the ball- twice in the past year! And always calls to fill me in on the progress in a timely manner. Hands down this is the best example of how a medical office should function and treat their patients."

I was diagnosed with Pots Syndrome which not only had me feeling really bad but it was also mentally challenging. He came up with a game plan for me and gave me options.
