"This location has an urgent care side and an occupational health side. I went to the occupational health side for some testing and had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and professional. It only took about 15 mins me to get in and out. Thanks!"

"All staff were very friendly and polite. No issues on that front. However, I came due to a back injury. Their only front door is unbelievably heavy, and their “push to open” button to automatically open is broken. Staff repeatedly watched me struggle to open the door (again, bad back on modified work duty to lift no more than 10 lbs). Snowed this week as well, and the sidewalk and spaces between handicap parking was snow, slush, and ice. If you’re coming here due to an injury, expect to walk out with more, due to gross neglect of management’s responsibilities to its patients. Fix the door, or help your patients in/ out. Not that complicated, folks."

"Worse place to go I advise drive and go somewhere else they will make you last one there and wait for over 2 hours as you hear everyone that came in afterwards leave before you get seen and they come back in and break patient confidential reports amd still make you wait an additional hour... so if you are pregnant be sure to eat because they don't care you haven't ate or if you are pregnant. Worse dr visit I ever had for just a 5 second visit be sure you bring someone with you"

"My wife is here and using a walker because she slipped on ice, fell, and broke her hip. Here is a thought, shovel the snow out of the handicapped parking spaces. Today she had to navigate through a small snow drift to get to the door. It seems like a health care provider would know this and do better. Very disappointing!"

"I strongly suggest not going to this location no matter what. I have been to many UCHealth locations and expected the same great service. I was greatly disappointed and angered. I can see by the reviews it was not just me. The staff was short and seem like they didn't want to be there or help people. The doctor was quick and didn't even take time to talk about my issues before sending me out the door. She acted like she didn't want to be there or help anyone. She was so arrogant it was not professional in my mind nor ethical. I talked to my employer and they are going to change locations and providers as they have had nothing but problems with them. Went to another location and they even told me that this office has a bad reputation and tried to apologize but really couldn't because there is no excuse for the way they operate that location. I am filing a complaint with UCHealth about the doctor and office and hope they shut this location down or fire everyone and start over. It really is that bad."
