"I would definitely suggest anyone needing services or court ordered classes, look else where. If this is your last option, I'd suggest hounding them any chance you get when it comes to communication, the instructors and counselors are good, I have no complaints there. But when it comes to call in for classes or appointments, you need at least an hour heads up, you'll wait forever on hold, they are always training new front desk people, so there is always some sort of problem when it comes to scheduling or answering calls, if these appointments weren't so important. It wouldn't be such a big deal, but for real. Ya'll are causing unnecessary delay and stress for those who are trying to complete classes or get the help they need."

"I would rate zero stars if I could. This place is absolutely terrible. Worst communication and instructors I've ever had. Avoid any class taught by ARI. She has obviously chosen the wrong career path. This place is only in it for the money and doesn't care at all about your progression. I advise everyone to find another location to attend. "This place is a joke. As others have stated, this place will do anything possible to screw you over. They most definitely do not care about thier clients and are solely interested in money. I started domestic violence classes with them in september of 2022. They classified me as a level B, which is basically what they classify everyone at, and is mandated as 36 classes. I was told in september of 2023 i was eligible to be successfully discharged, accept 2 of the assignments i had already completed had been lost. But if i turned them in, i could begin my successful discharge packet. I re-did the assignments and turned them in. Then was told i have to complete another assignment to begin discharge. This happened 3 more times after i completed the assignments and turned them in. Yet, still not able to be successfully discharged. Now, here in December 2023, they changed the way they accept payment for groups without notifying the clients. Now they do not accept payment by phone, you have to do it yourself online, but don't explain how to do so. I figured it out, and make the payment, just to have the clinician not let me into group, yet they still kept my payment. Paying for the group, and not being let in to the group happened on many occasions. Yet, they will keep your payment. After attending 53 group sessions for a 36 group session class, and paying them more than $2000, on group session 54, they once again take my payment and deny me access to group. I call the office to be told i was unsuccessfully discharged. Without reason or explanation. Yet still kept my payment. They haven't and wont provide me with any discharge paperwork. And its comical that in thier responses to reviews the continuously say to call and ask to speak to a supervisor. That is impossible, as they never have any supervisor working. I've tried to speak to a supervisor numerous times to no avail. Even as of now after calling to speak to a supervisor at least twice a week as well as going to their office twice a week for the last 3 weeks, i still have not received a call back from, nor been able to speak to a supervisor. And again, i will reiterate, i jumped through all their hoops, completed all their assignments, and attended 53 sessions for a 36 session course and they still wouldn't successfully discharge me.This place is horrible! They will steal your money and still screw you over. Stay away at all costs"

"Susie , B And Kay are the ATMOST UNDERRATED PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!!! Makes me feel 100% comfy in drugs testing (woman) and only respectful and patient. They deserve anything they want and deserve it for their actions!"
