"The building is easy find and in a great location. We are always greeted upon entry. They always seem so nice in person versus over the phone. Checking in is easy just a little tedious for me because every time you have an appointment you go through the whole process again. The waiting area is always clean and neatly decorated. The wait time is usually sufficient. My kiddos see Jena and she is amazing with the kids. My kiddos love her and she’s always attentive, professional, friendly and a great listener. She validates the kiddos feelings, explains everything in a way they understand what is happening with them. My kiddos are 5,6,7 and 8. I know back to back don’t judge lol.. My 5 yr has severe asthma and allergies plus he is allergic to damn near everything. She had been on top of his care and has made she he’s well taken care of. Any concerns I have about their health she has give excellent advice and information for me to follow along with. She is great at returning phone calls and being on time for her appointments. Her staff is very supportive and the MA are very nice, explanatory and good with kids. They reassure them about whatever they are going to do from taking their temperature to testing something. I don’t really know what to say but. I’m speaking from my own experience. I’ve read most of the reviews and my mind is blown… I am sorry that some people have experienced what they gone through here. As a parent we just want our children taken care of and given great care and attention. Let me just say I have not experienced any serious issues so far. The only problem I’ve had was updating insurance for my kiddos. I gave the updated information while there. Someone calls me the next day stating they needed updated insurance information!!! Other than that everything has been good. Getting an appointment in a time fashion, medication refills for my kiddos, referrals to specialists and over all care."

"I have never been so displeased with a doctor's office, let alone a pediatric doctors office in my entire life. This doctors office tries harder avoiding doing any work then actually providing the services we need. I called an hour and a half prior to them closing and the front desk let me know that because everyone has scheduled appointments for the rest of the day, no one could call me back regarding my concerns for my sick niece. They recommended calling the after hours ask a nurse line when it wasn't after hours yet. Any time I call to get the necessary paperwork for my nieces school, I am given the run around. I actually brought my niece to an appointment and the only good service I received this ENTIRE time, was when I spoke with the provider directly. I take my daughter to Wee Care Pediatrics and have a much better experience. I will be switching my niece to the same office the first chance I get."

"We had a great visit, I have 3 kids now seeing Dr. K. one of my kids is 16 and has many special needs he is also see by children's hospital as well for many things but we were in need of a PCP in Colorado Springs. Leaving childrens hospital PCP was kinda scary but everything from the first phone call to make an appointment through to leaving our first visit was stellar. Great team work, kind, caring, knowledgeable staff and very clean office. Our visit with the doctor was awesome. I feel after speaking with Dr K. were in good hands. He told me several things I didn't know even existed about my special needs son in the very first visit. It is a very good feeling to have a new doctors perspective on a challenging health care situation. Thank you new health care team!"

"My son has been a patient here for years & has seen Dr. Kouri & most recently; Jenna Prast FNP & Dr. Bachmann. He is a very large & strong young man with special needs & behavioral issues. These providers have always gone out of their way to accommodate him & treat him gently with respect & understanding. I want to thank them for helping us during my son's recent crisis with multiple same day telephone & in person appointments. As both an RN & mother, I recommend Kids Are Great."

"My nephew has been a patient since 2017. I loved taking him and he enjoyed going. Well since Kieth has left this place has zero organization and they also lack the professionalism is unreal here. My nephew had an appointment SEPTEMBER 25 at 9am. He has asthma and needed to be re evaluated and get different prescriptions. He asked for a sticker or prize and she said yea ok then got on the phone then started talking to someone else for a few minutes then told us to we could leave now meanwhile my boy is waiting for a prize he just asked you about and she didn’t even have the patience to listen and follow through with my child, instead she seemed annoyed that he was still waiting for a sticker that she just said he could have. Rude..IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB, FIND A NEW ONE!! I called that Tuesday and was wondering about his prescriptions the doctor and I talked about and she said she didn’t know and that the doctor was “still working on his notes” very rude about it and no sorry from any of these woman mind you. Then Friday came and I had my husband call..same thing..”I don’t know what happened I will check with the doctor and get back to you” THEY NEVER CALLED BACK! Still to this day. I called back Monday, this week and asked someone yet again and she said she would figure it out and let me know what was taking so long and guess what..NO CALL but she read me my phone number and IT WASN’T EVEN MY PHONE Number!They had SOMEONE ELSES PHONE NUMBER LISTED UNDER MY CHILD..I filled out the paperwork with MY INFORMATION in THEIR OFFICE and they couldn’t even transfer it the correct way then still have the audacity to have an attitude every one of them we talked to. Lazy. Rude. Unprofessional staff. It’s is now OCTOBER 8th and they have not called me back to inform me what happened. Then what they did send over, wasn’t a medication that we talked about. Absolutely AWFUL now and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who values their child’s medical needs or expects to be treated with respect. I DON’T know what happened to the previous front desk woman who was the absolute best now..their are like 4 or 5 women and they still can’t run that place like she used to. Shame on all of you for not putting my child, your patient, first and not even having the professionalism to accept that you all made a mistake and try and make it right with us. I will share my disappointment with everyone and I hope you all can get it together and start valuing your patients and their medical needs."
