"Clarissa Zamarron, AKA Clarissa Marie a medical assistant in family practice had violated my HIPAA rights by contacting an ex boyfriend of mine, whom I have not talked to since 2019 and had notified him that she had roomed me as a patient and informed him of non medical information, but also personal. He then had posted that conversation onto his social media, where friends from 2 different states had contacted me and notified me of this post. Through my 9 year experience as a Medical assistant, we are taught that even notifying anyone outside of the clinic is a violation to HIPAA. I have reported this and since she had not address medical information (as far as they know). They can only lock my medical chart so whoever accesses my account will have you put in a password. She could have notified him in person about my the reason of my visit that day, but they do not take that into consideration. Clarissa Zamarron is still an employee with Optum. Unacceptable that they would keep someone who is openly ok to tell others who was seen in their office."

"Can’t get a return phone call from care team regarding a referral request. Receptionist is only able to send them a message. I logged into my patient portal requesting a phone call. Crickets so far. I guess they are too busy to respond."

"I've been to Optum Primary Care and Specialty Care twice recently for CT scans. The first one was a simple CT scan at the end of November. I was able to book an appointment quickly, hardly any wait when I arrived, and everyone was nice. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes and received the results by the end of the day. The second time I went, I needed a CT scan with contrast to check something noticed on the first scan. Again, they had a quick turn around for getting me in for an appointment and I didn't have to wait long in the lobby. The nurse was AMAZING. Doing a CT scan with contrast is a little bit more involved and much more uncomfortable (it's a very short discomfort) but she made everything as easy as possible and gave me all the information I needed to be prepared for how the contrast makes you feel. We talked, laughed, and she just all around made everything as stress-free as possible. I can't review any other aspects of this building but the Radiology Department is amazing."

"I called to make my husband an appointment and I want him to be comfortable with the Dr he sees. I’m very picky about drs as so many of them aren’t really into listening and just want to push meditations to patients, so I asked the receptionist if he didn’t like or feel comfortable with the Dr he saw if he could see a different one the next time. She advised me, quite rudely, that “Dr shopping” isn’t really permitted or looked kindly upon. I informed her that just because I want my husband to feel comfortable with the Dr he sees absolutely DOES NOT mean he’s “Dr shopping”. First impression of this place was a complete fail. I’m going to talk my husband into going somewhere else. If the receptionist is that rude I can’t imagine what the rest of the place is like, and judging by the reviews, it’s obviously not good."
