"Greg is my trainer and he is great! My previous trainer moved so Greg took over and has challenged me but still been very aware of things that my aggravate my medical condition. If anything causes pain, he immediately switches it to a different exercise that will challenge me or cause muscle fatigue but not pain. The gym is always clean and friendly. I have only used the training but the therapists I have met have been great too!"
