"I went to Memorial Hospital for chest pains. I ended up having to have 2 caths done in one day. And later a 3rd for a failing stint. I had a total of 4 stents. I felt like a number to everyone. The staff (in all areas) was very rude and acted like I was bothering them. I didn't get any answers to my questions and the main doctor didn't even talk to me about after care. I believe it's because I don't have any insurance. I am paying off my hospital debt slowly. I will never go back to Memorial Hospital. I'm sure they are ok with that since I don't have insurance. It will be Penrose from here on out."

"The front desk staff is nice. Personally I cannot express my displeasure at Dr Hegeman's part of the office enough. He is rude and condescending, plus will try and take a patient to task for missing an appointment because you maybe couldn't get the time off work or other life occurrences. He'll leave a nice note but tell you to seek life sustaining care from your pcp instead of from his practice if he does not like you or your responses. Avoid this Dr at all cost you'll be better for it."
