"If I could put -100 I would. I haven’t even gone into the office. My OB retired the week I gave birth and I was told all of her patients were being transferred to this office so that’s where I had my records sent. Before I gave birth I called them to get an appointment and was told I had to wait until after I gave birth. The week after I gave birth I called again to get scheduled and they told me I couldn’t because I didn’t have my physical insurance card and they’d been “burned” before that way. THEN an hour later they called me and told me they wouldn’t be seeing ANY of my original OBs patients. THEN I asked for my records to be sent to me because my original OB is shut down and they wouldn’t give me MY records. Nothing but RUDE people answering the phone who have no care for patients."

"Be very aware of this place if your a self pay patient. I had an annual checkup here and to this point have paid $900 for that checkup. They sent 4 different bills on top of the $325 I Paid in office. They definitely care about your health assuming you have the money to pay for it. Very disappointed that this is how women are treated for necessary health services. I guess not even a women's health clinic has any respect or care for women's health."

"If anywhere else would’ve had availability with my insurance, I would’ve gone there instead. The staff was all nice, however, I saw Dr. Puretz for a total of what felt like five minutes max throughout my pregnancy with how busy she was. She tried to schedule an early induction despite no medical necessity and I had to request waiting till I was at least 40 weeks. Once I was in for my induction, she wanted to break my water. Luckily, she left and the doctor on call for the evening suggested we wait. My water did break on its own not long after. I felt like I was rushed along the whole pregnancy, until the wonderful doctor who actually did deliver my baby. I don’t plan on returning in the future for any of my care."

"Dr Puretz should not be practicing medicine period point blank. She almost killed me when she gave me my hysterectomy. I had hypotension issues immediately after my surgery where emergency calls were made to my room. Not once did she check on me, and she only came in briefly to check me out the next day and shrugged and said she had no idea how any of it happened. Never seemed to care at all. Fast forward a few days and I had a massive infection. I went to her office and she tested me for something I didn’t even have symptoms of. I was clearly septic and she failed to recognize those symptoms. She told me she’d do an US on me in a few days and sent me home. I was in the ER the next day. She proceeded to attempt to treat me in the hospital as though I had a massive bleed and prescribed a medication none of the nurses had heard of, and it made me extremely sick. When I finally got competent drs to treat me I started to feel better. It took her 4 hours to check me out of the hospital when it was finally time for me to leave (I was there a week and needing IV antibiotics and a drain). I had called her office and was told she was on her way. I guess I wasn’t important enough to see, even though she caused the infection that nearly killed me. The nurses had to escalate to other on call drs just so I could leave the hospital. She is an embarrassment to the world of medicine and should never operate on a patient again. Please do not see this woman if you value your life."

"Visited last week for a breast exam with Melinda after finding a concerning lump a few weeks prior. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind and Dr. Melinda was incredibly thorough and helped calm my fears — while she felt confident everything was fine and helped me understand what she felt in my exam, she suggested they order an ultrasound just to be sure. In comparison to past breast exams, I felt like she took her time and didn’t just write me off due to me being younger and not having a history of breast cancer. I felt like she really considered my fears, heard me, and gave me the time of day we all deserved! Great experience!"
