"If you are a type 1 diabetic avoid this like the plague. Nurse practitioner Jody one of most unprofessional medical workers I've been involved with. After 160 hours of lab time my a1c had increased. Too much to write about here. But after it raised I called Dr. He never returned my call. Changed my physiology and then wouldn't talk to me. Unprofessional medical staff other than Cheyenne and actually made my diabetes worse. Just a warning to avoid the diabetes treatments"

"Didn't really offer any real help, but Dr Jones wanted to schedule a whole bunch of lab tests that weren't covered by insurance. He kept pushing me to go ahead with lab tests even though I made it clear I couldn't pay out of pocket, then he ended the conversation when he realized I wasn't going to fork over a bunch of money. I asked multiple times while scheduling if they accepted my insurance and was assured that they did. Waste of time"

"I brought my health goals to CMS, and first off…..they listened. I genuinely felt heard and I knew they sincerely wanted to help me work toward those goals. I especially like that they tailor treatment plans to the individual instead of using a cookie cutter approach. How my body is responding to those plans is monitored along the way, as well, in order to make appropriate adjustments while keeping health and safety in mind. The staff are both friendly and highly knowledgeable. Any questions I have between visits is quickly handled by Althi who has been incredibly responsive during my time with CMS."
