"The phlebotomist was supposed to do all my blood draws in one appointment and didn't perform them due to wanting to go home. This clinic doesn't care about patients."

"Scheduling Department needs some basic training. I had an appointment scheduled last week, 15 minutes before my appointment they called me to cancel, due to the fact that they had scheduled me under the wrong category of appointments. They rescheduled me for today and as I'm walking out the door, I received a call stating they were unable to see me due to the fact that they had not allowed enough time for my appointment. I will not be rescheduling and I definitely hope there's nothing wrong with me..."

"Office staff is disorganized and does not respond to requests. My mother has Dementia and her caretaker had struggled to get timely responses, Rx filled, and when moving her to memory care, they couldnt be bothered to complete almost any of the fields on that form."

"I had a CT scan done on Monday, November 14 th. I was told that the results should be back to the the PA in the Woodland Park Colorado location by Wednesday by Friday I still had not heard back with any results so I placed a call to the Woodland Park office and requested that somebody call me with my results waiting until 5 o’clock in the afternoon. I got no calls so I called again on Monday, November 21 at 9:15 told them what happened told them I would like to talk to the PA about my results and as of now at 5:34 PM I still don’t have any results. Very dissatisfied with the service I don’t know if the disconnect is with the Optum provider group itself or with the doctor/PA in Woodland Park . It shouldn’t be that hard to get your results. Will call again in the morning to try and get results."

"When I moved to the Florissant area I knew I wanted to get a doctor in this area. I am a patient of Dr Hoffman and I am very pleased that he is my primary care doctor! Dr Hoffman always has genuine concern for how you are feeling. He and his staff have been very good to interact with. I have always been greeted when I arrived and have gotten in to see Dr Hoffman without much delay at all! I only have compliments about their services!"
