"I'm a disabled vet Diabetic visiting Colorado Springs and left my Lantis by mistake in Missouri I called my local clinic in Georgia and was told to call the VA Clinic in Colorado Springs. I called and was on hold for 35" and when I finally got through to the Pharmacy they said they couldn't help without a clinic visit. Aren't our health records listed nationally where they can be used for this type of emergency. I need my Insulin! They should be able to pull up my records, see my prescriptions and call in to a nearby pharmacy!! Concerned away from home!"
