"If you want the world’s worst PA experience, come here. This PA can’t diagnose anything on her own. I don’t even know how she has a job. I came in on two separate occasions, the first time, she had to run to get the doctor to help me and did a terrible biopsy on my skin (did a shave biopsy so it left a huge scar instead of a punch biopsy that get stitched up). The second time I saw her, I had gotten very ill and was experiencing hair loss (something I’d gone through a few years prior after Covid). She said it was female pattern baldness and refused to try even steroid injections. Then sent me home with no diagnosis and told me she needed to talk to the doctor first. She called me the next day and had no problem prescribing prescription minoxidil. I had been through this before and already knew that wasn’t the issue since I had a hair transplant and the transplanted hair was falling out, not the native hair (for those of you who don’t know, transplanted hair comes from an area on the back of your head that has a sheath around the follicle that protects it from hormonal damage). This continued for three months and I began developing a rash on my forehead. Went to the doctor to get lab work done and it turns out my iron levels were dangerously high. So glad this useless PA didn’t even bother to order any labs and dismissed hair loss as female baldness due to age."

"Usually I don’t write reviews, because to be honest who has the time to do so. In this case, I had to I went to this doctor cause she had above 4.5 stars. Starting with the admin people, Gosh they are so inefficient, starting with payment methods, I told them I met my deductible so I didn’t have to pay copay, they could careless, they asked me to pay anyway! Which I did and it’s being 6months now that I been waiting for the refund…still fighting that one. They feel like they are making you a favor and do not realize that that is their job, and if they don’t like it, then they should get another one, but just horrible experience overall… the Dr.. let’s talk about the Dr. Agnessa was super dismissive and condescending. Every time I had something to say she will just ignore it. SO long story short worse place to deal with."

"As a first-time patient, I was unsure of what to expect. The reception area was well-appointed and clean and the exam room was also very clean. The receptionist was cordial and I didn't have to wait too long for my appointment. Dr. Goodson was friendly, listened to my few skin care concerns and conducted a full body visual scan. She suggested some treatment options, which I appreciated and has scheduled a follow up visit in 3 months. I felt comfortable with her and will be returning."
