"I went and the doctor found a lateral pelvic tilt causing depression of a disc on 1 side. He advised me not to stretch for at least a month or more and to only use his services. I told him I didn't trust him or his action plan and wanted to do some research. He opened the door and said "If you don't trust me then get out!" I went on to tell him how he is absolutely not allowed to treat patients that way and that patients have every right to do as much research as needed before committing to care. He got in my face as if he was going to do something physical to me at which point I continued to tell him he is 100% in the wrong for treating me and anyone else in this manner. He went on to say "This is my practice and I can do what I like." I recommend anyone reading this RUNS AWAY from him. Looks what google says about pelvic tilt and care for it... "In most cases, a pelvic tilt can be corrected with physical therapy, which mainly involves muscle strengthening exercises, stretches, and massages.""
