"Doctor Haffner is simply the best. We have been fighting a workmans comp case and with his help I finally got the surgery that I needed to be able to live life and get back to normal. He has since day one been very supportive and I can tell he genuinely cares about what he does for a living. Bonnie, his assistant has been fantastic also. I use Mychart to communicate and she has always been prompt in her response and relaying messages. These two make an incredible team and I’m beyond grateful to of ended up having these two in my corner as my provider. Thank you both for everything you’ve done in my life, I will never forget the help and care I’ve received from you."

"The orthopedics department is the worst ever at Platte Valley Medical Center. They are a bunch of immatures who only care about themselves and not any of their patients. They give you attitudes, they change the rules whenever they feel like it, they talk over you when you try to explain things to them. I have never EVER had an issue with anyone from other departments there, only ortho. I truly hope they are happy with themselves!"

"Trying to get some foot issues taken care of. I was recommended for physical therapy and it was the therapist that informed me that I may have surgery. She asked if the Dr told me anything and I had to explain he didn't. When I went back with additional issues, he full on ignored them, said I'm doing better, and refused to answer any questions. Going elsewhere for a second opinion when I have the time. Don't waste time here."

"Absolutely awful, take you over the coals on price. Very unhelpful and unprofessional especially in the emergency room. Now trying to pay the bill and they are very rude unhelpful. Call time and time again and they just direct you to a website that doesn't work and hang up on you. Then when you finally speak to someone they do the same thing, won't interrupt you and transfer you to a number that tells you to go to the same inoperable website then hangs up on you. They charge 10 times as much for services than any other health provider in Colorado does weather they are located in Denver, Greeley, or the eastern plains."

"Dr. Baxter and his staff are amazing! He's personable and easy to talk with and to learn about your condition and what is needed. My wife had her knee replaced and we liked him so much that her aunt had her knee replaced by him. He helped me determine if I needed my hip replaced or not- it did and he was fantastic. Robin has done a great job as well. Wishing they offered a frequent flier discount....;)"
