"I reached out to Linda for counseling. I have had a lot of downs in my life lately. I don't normally keep my phone on unless I'm using it. I e-mailed her and she called me. When I didn't answer she sent me an e-mail. I poured out my story via e-mail and wanted to make an appointment. She said she would call me, but she didn't, so I sent her an e-mail the next day. She sent me a response that stated she had 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 available the next day. I responded and said any of the times work, but I preferred 2:00. She never responded. I sent her an e-mail to see if she got my e-mail and she never responded. It has been five days and she has never responded. It is sad that a counselor who is supposed to help people would care so little about a person as to not even bother to respond to their e-mails when she knew what I was going through. Now I have wasted a week trying to see her and have to start over at square one trying to find somebody else. In the meantime, I am grieving without any help."

"While in the middle of a divorce my ex-wife took my children to Linda Gunther without my knowledge or consent. When I found out I asked my ex-wife to stop but she refused. She was essentially trying to get an ally in her quest to get full custody and it failed. The courts appoint a child family investigator and the CFI contacted Mrs. Gunther as part of her investigation. The CFI advised that I tell Mrs. Gunther that she is no longer allowed to see my children and she refused. It didn't;t matter though because once the divorce was final my ex-wife had no more need to take the kids there. I was curious about why the kids were going and what was discussed and the conditions of my divorce stated that I was a 50/50 parent and had the right to all of the kids medical records. I sent a request for the kids medical records and Mrs. Gunther sent me an email stating that I would have to pay $300 for them. I looked it up and she was not following the law regarding the release of medical records and the fees. I sent a case to DORA and she was investigated for fraud. I have never used her personally, but I think that the interactions I have had with her and the court appointed CFI telling me to not let her see my kids is enough to know that no one should go there."
