"On Aug. 1st my husband and I placed an order of tongue and groove wood. We were told that it would be done in 2 to 6 weeks, 8 weeks at the latest. After 6 weeks we called to see when the order would be ready, only answer we got was" I'll have him call you back" There was several calls just like this for weeks and never a straight answer. The comments from Mrs. K were "It's not my fault" and "Would you like to cancel your order". If they don't want your business WHY do they bother taking your order in the first place. Maybe because there both to busy playing with the grand baby to get any orders filled. After 104 days of waiting for this order we went and got are deposit back. Found someone else in Whitewater who filled our wood order in one day. P.S. I would give this company a minus 5 if I could"
