"I often have great experiences with the doctors but when it comes to costumer service it’s pretty bad. Have horrible bed side manner when it comes to giving test results and also are not urgent at all when it comes to test results. I was told it would take up to 3 days for my test results. On the 3rd day I got no call and there was nothing updated on my portal. Now I have to wait over the weekend to find out my test results for something that greatly affects my confidence. It’s extremely frustrating when they don’t seem to care!"

"The doctors and nurses here are fantastic. IF you’re lucky enough to see them. HAVE A BACK UP PLAN. It took 3 days of calling to reach someone on the phone. I was told I’d be called back. No one ever called. So I kept calling until someone answered, only to completely misinform me. The people that schedule the appointments may not be at the location of the appointment causing confusion. I was told to be at the office at 7:45am for my 8am appointment. They are not listed in the directory. So after taking a tour of the hospital to find them (their phones are not operational until business hours) the door was locked. I waited til 8am. Door locked. O signs of life anywhere. I wait til their phones are operational and they tell me they “should” be open. Well I never got to see a doctor. So FYI don’t make a morning appointment if you have to go to work afterwards, etc."
