"Doctors are Great!! Some of the office staff not so much. We’ve had multiple problems there. They don’t authorize on time and then blame it on insurance. Took tons of time trying figure this out. It was easy to reach insurance, but a pain to the doc’s office. Since I’ve been getting this treatment for a while it shouldn’t been a problem. Then I’m told if they don’t get done in time, they will cancel my appointment. I said what if I pay, no answer."

"The front office staff is very cold and uncompassionate. I was released from 8 days in the hospital with instructions to get in ASAP. My Dr sent in the referral and it was then, after I had talked to them once already, that I was notified that a review wouldn't happen for 5 more days and they were weeks out for scheduling. So much for ASAP. As I became more and more upset due to my condition the receptionist took on the attitude of too bad too sad. Have some compassion for other people. I hope the doctors have a better bedside manner, if I get to be seen before permanent damage occurs. And if that happens, I'm expecting the too bad, too sad attitude. At least I'm prepared."
