"We called to schedule an appointment to come visually inspect our carpet. We were told they would come on a Wednesday and nobody showed. I called towards the end of the business day and was told by Bob that someone would come the next day at 11:30. 12:00 rolled around on Thursday and I called again, asking if they still plan to come by. Again Bob answered saying the wrong tech is on a job in Glenwood and will be by around 1:00-1:30. 3:30 in the afternoon rolls around and I call yet again to see if they plan to come. A lady answered and basically just told me, “Bob left for the day I’m sorry.” My girlfriend calls today (Friday) and the same lady answered saying they have been waiting for us to contact them before they came. What!?!?!? I called 3 times to set it up and they just kept forgetting about us. Will not recommend to anyone and will not be attempting to give them my business again."

"I was/am happy to give a local company my business and appreciate their speed and quality of installation; however I am little disappointed in the color of the carpet that got installed. Once installed, I noticed it is more dark and brown-hued than the sample I selected in the shop. I went in to discuss this (and compare the sample with what was installed) and was told the dye lots vary - so the carpet can wind up being a different shade than the samples in the store. I would have liked to know this prior to installation, so I could have potentially selected different carpet that didn't differ between dye lots - perhaps even pricier carpet. After discussing things, I received a casual apology from the front desk woman (who is very kind and lovely) but no offer to rectify the situation from her or the owner. I will say the installation time was very fast and the quality of carpet for this price point is much better than at Carpet One in GWS."
