"Might have been one of the worst experiences with a doctor(s) I have had in years. I have lupus and then was also diagnosed with Hashimotos. I had a biopsy done there and they attempted to numb me multiple times and even though I said I could feel every bit of it, she continued to dig on my neck. Afterwards, I spoke about how I was struggling, because of my autoimmune diseases, to lose weight with all the fatigue and symptoms I was experiencing and she literally said ‘you will just have to try harder than most people’. Mind you, I was already pushing to work out/eating well 6 days a week. It was hard enough. And I had a high A1C but they couldn’t tell me if it was something the thyroid was falsely doing or what. I was very defeated and frustrated with no help."

"Dr. Joshua Long is the best bariatric surgeon! He takes the time to go over all of your health issues and explain what issues they cause now and what things they can lead to. He went over all my options. His team of therapists Elizabeth is my fav and Nutritionist Shannon is my fav. Have been extremely helpful in this entire process. Tina and Caitlyn are also very thorough with follow up labs and concerns. My Gastric bypass surgery was done 11/21/22 it was extremely successful. I am down a total of 161lb. I HIGHLY Recommend them!!!"
