In fact Dr. Rovak encouraged my son to have a surgery if my son wanted to become a surgeon someday. Well My son is now trying to go to a med school and someday he may become a surgeon. "So I went in the dr was great but the scheduling and schedulers are unprofessional and horrible. I understand that is hard to find an anesthesiologist, but asking me to keep a whole day open in case the schedule changes is not reasonable. I have an appointment set this Friday at 12 they called me today and changed it to 9:30 AM I asked if this would change again and they said yes ! And can change your appointment time the day before the surgery they are setting unrealistic expectations for me to plan around the surgery I need a set time that will not be changing that way I can set and figure out my driving situation, which I was told I did not need a driver but now I am told I do. Also, the scheduler Ciara is impossible. To get a hold of and she doesn’t call back. She told me she would give me a call back after an hour. She never called me back and I called her back multiple times and never heard from her till a day after."
