Concentra Urgent Care

"I feel to use the words URGENT care would be a lie. It’s mediocre choose when they wanna check you in and have you taken to the back when they can care at best. The wait is typically over an hour and 20 mins for walk ins. They deny service when you enter their building after 430. Once you enter the back is over another 20 mins to meet with the doctor. Overall terrible service. I mean if you have a white board that tells says 2 hours for an appt from start to finish, it’s takes all of 5 seconds to erase and update it as you get more patients so others are more aware of their time and their time isn’t wasted."

"My wife was admitted with a bad scalp wound, large bump and bruise, and possible concussion due to a fall at work. The staff and nurse here were amazing; the doctor was atrocious. He examined her for maybe 45 seconds before saying she could go back to work, but that she should be careful because of the possibly of a head injury. I feel bad for the awesome staff here as the doctor is surly and uncaring."

"Doctor was so nice. offers convenient walk-in urgent care and occupational health for patients and Super speedy and fast process. All the ladies working the front and therapy were wonderful."

"Good environment. Great for walk-ins. I was there for employer hire drug screen test. Printed Form did not match information provided. Things were not on form as entered. My ‘Other’ phone number provided ended up listed as my Primary number and not my cell phone number. My SN was also listed printed on physical print out as ‘other’ number not in space for social security number. I felt this should be private ( or coded) not on my print out."

"I find it amazing that any urinalysis that I've ever taken has asked me about any medications that I'm taking prescriptions Etc.. Yet this place did not! Now my urinalysis had to be sent off to the lab due to prescription issues. I do not take any prescriptions or any pills or any drugs. It just seems strange to me any other time I've been asked if I take any prescriptions or medications or anything. The test who knows they put it in some machine that God only knows could be contaminated from prior tests. Which is what it looks like it could have been. I'm thinking it was and now effecting my urinalysis for really a good job. I wouldn't get a urinalysis taken there ever again. I'd go somewhere else! They also make you put your belongings in a dirty drawer before you go in. At least clean the drawer out! If they fail to clean the drawer what does that say about other item's! All I know is it better come back clean! Even so it will not change my review. Not to mention mention the doomsday pumpkin depicting the end of the world that they had sitting on their table in the waiting room talk about depressing!"
