"PA was great, explained everything thoroughly. Organization had some tech issues so couldn't schedule a follow-up appointment and was told someone would call me to set this up. My appointment was at 11AM on Friday. At 430 pm I called as I had not received call back to schedule follow-up so I called to schedule and was told that if I had not heard from doctors assistant by Monday or Tuesday, I should try calling back again. Glad this isn't life or death!"
